Cancellation Policy

We require a 10-hour notice to cancel a class.

All cancellations must be made via our online booking platform (Mariana Tek). We do not accept cancellations via email, SMS, or phone.

To cancel:

  1. Log into your account on our website or app.

  2. Go to your scheduled class and click the "Cancel" option.

Waitlist Policy

If you're on the waitlist, you can be added to a class up to 10 hours before it starts. Less than 10 hours before the class, waitlist spaces will become available for online booking.

Important:

  • You will be notified via email if you are added from the waitlist.

  • Once added, we expect you to attend the class.

  • If you can no longer attend a class you are waitlisted for, please remove yourself from the waitlist as soon as possible.

If you are added from the waitlist and either don't attend or late cancel, the usual late cancel/no-show fees will apply, as outlined below.

No Show / Late Cancel Fees

Unlimited Monthly Membership and Introductory Offer Holders

  • No-show fee: $15 and the class credit will be forfeited.

  • Late cancellation fee (less than 10 hours prior to the class): $10 and the class credit will be forfeited.

Limited Monthly Membership and Class Pack Holders

  • No-show and/or late cancellation fee: The class credit will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals

Please note that if you arrive late, your spot may be given to a client on the waiting list.

The studio doors may be locked at the start of class, so it’s important to arrive on time.

Refunds and Credits

We do not offer refunds. If you experience any issues with booking before your pass expires, please contact us at hello@assemblymovement.ca.
