Meet the founder

Meet Clio. Clio fell in love with reformer pilates with her first introduction to a class while living in Melbourne, Australia in 2011. Having been an ex-gymnast, Clio appreciated how reformer pilates allowed her to move dynamically. She loves fitness, health and interacting with people in the community. Assembly Movement was created so Clio could give back the most positive side of herself to others.
